Booking request और confirmation

Form भरना या WhatsApp खोलना confirmed appointment नहीं है। Business द्वारा reply/call पर area, slot और charges की पुष्टि के बाद visit तय होती है। Preferred slot availability पर निर्भर है।

Inspection, parts और charges

Inspection/visit fee पहले पूछें। Final repair cost diagnosis, labour और required parts पर निर्भर है। काम शुरू करने से पहले estimate और आपकी सहमति जरूरी है। Parts की availability तथा repair feasibility model और condition पर निर्भर हो सकती है।

Warranty और brand

Applicable repair/part warranty और exclusions लिखित में confirm करें। कोई blanket warranty घोषित नहीं है। हम independent service provider हैं। Manufacturer warranty वाले appliances के लिए brand की conditions पहले देखें।

सुरक्षा और संपर्क

Technician को appliance तक सुरक्षित access दें। Complaints या service clarification के लिए +91 7804825911 पर संपर्क करें।

Request में सही जानकारी

कृपया अपना reachable mobile number, सही address और appliance की समस्या बताएं। गलत या incomplete details से visit में देरी हो सकती है। यदि घर पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से coordination करना है तो उनका number उनकी सहमति से ही share करें।

Estimate में क्या स्पष्ट होना चाहिए?

Visit/inspection fee, labour, parts, cleaning और कोई additional charge अलग-अलग पूछें। किसी नई समस्या या अतिरिक्त part की जरूरत जाँच के दौरान सामने आए तो revised estimate पर पहले सहमति लें। Website पर prices नहीं दिखाए गए हैं क्योंकि appliance model और fault के अनुसार लागत बदलती है।

Parts और repair feasibility

हर appliance को onsite या उसी दिन repair कर पाना संभव नहीं होता। कुछ faults में part sourcing, further testing या workshop work की जरूरत हो सकती है। यदि appliance/part बाहर ले जाना हो तो item details, condition, estimated timeline और acknowledgement आपस में लिखित रूप में confirm करें।

Customer की तैयारी

Visit के समय appliance तक सुरक्षित access और जरूरत के अनुसार electricity/water connection उपलब्ध कराएं। आसपास के fragile items हटाएं। Cooling fault में symptoms, washing machine में error code और intermittent problem में कब fault आता है, यह जानकारी technician को दें। Appliance को खुद खोलकर unsafe testing न करें।

काम के बाद जाँच और receipt

जहाँ संभव हो, काम के बाद relevant operation technician के साथ check करें। बदले गए parts, charges और applicable warranty की detail रखें। कोई concern हो तो तुरंत बताएं। Warranty का scope और duration केवल उस work/part के लिए होगा जिसके बारे में स्पष्ट agreement हुआ है।

Consumer rights

यह page service process समझाने के लिए है। इससे applicable consumer rights समाप्त नहीं होते। Service concern या disputed charge के लिए पहले business number पर details भेजें ताकि issue की समीक्षा और समाधान पर बात हो सके।
